Welcome to Havasupai

The only way to describe this backpacking experience is through the pictures. No one would believe that ivy and palm trees and the clearest blue water you've ever seen exists at the bottom of the Grand Canyon. My Dad and I went on this trip along with our friends and their friends and family who turned out to be some of the nicest people we've ever met. We had a fantastic time even though the weather was a bit rainy most of the time. I highly recommend this trip to anyone who is able. It is definitely worth the trip in and out - whatever it takes - I'll admit I wasn't in the best shape and I was lucky to get a horse ride out the day we left. I hope to be in much better shape next time and hope the sun to be out a bit more.
