During the years of 1991 and 1992 I swam 3 different workouts per day (over 6 hrs. every day)
-The Third workout was at the Ogden Athletic Club with a few friends of mine, coached by Keith
Donaldson. We called ourselves Swimmers of the Ogden Athletic Club or SOAC.


I still ache for the sport!
